- Contact the court(s) where you were convicted or pled to a charge of simple drug possession to determine if the clearing (“vacate”) of your record has been processed: Court Directory

Please note, there is currently an extremely high volume of Blake convictions in need of processing. Each court is processing their cases as quickly as possible. If you have cases in more than one jurisdiction, those cases may be processed at different times.
