This portal exclusively operates in the processing of LFO refunds. We do not process or aid in the clearing of criminal convictions from one’s record. You must first get your convictions cleared ("vacated") via the Washington State county court or courts where you were convicted. Please note: each county has a different approach for addressing these cases.
Contact your court: Court Directory
While we cannot provide you with legal advice or services, the following partners may be able to assist you in vacating your Blake conviction: The Office of Public Defense (OPD): Blake Resources and Blake County Level Information

Blake Hotline via OPD: 360.586.3164 Ext. 218

Office of Civic Legal Aid (OCLA): Get Legal Help | OCLA (wa.gov)

WashingtonLawHelp.org: Get Legal Help | OCLA (wa.gov)

Please note, there is currently an extremely high volume of Blake convictions in need of processing. Each court is processing their cases as quickly as possible. If you have cases in more than one jurisdiction, those cases may be processed at different times. Please keep checking back if you don’t see your records on this portal immediately following the vacate of your conviction — we will regularly be updating the website with new records as we receive them from the courts. Thank you for utilizing the Blake Refund Bureau. We appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
