Now that you’ve vacated your conviction and found your record online, you are ready to apply for your LFO refund online or by mail. Please have ready:

- Proof of ID with picture
We encourage you to apply online for expedited processing, and to better track the progress of your refund request.
Please note, there is currently an extremely high volume of Blake convictions in need of processing. Each court is processing their cases as quickly as possible. If you have cases in more than one jurisdiction, those cases may be processed at different times. Please keep checking back if you don’t see your records on this portal immediately following the vacate of your conviction — we will regularly be updating the website with new records as we receive them from the courts.
